Adventists believe a Trinity of three persons—the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit—make up one God. They made salvation possible when Jesus, the Son, came to earth as a baby in Bethlehem and lived a sinless life in accordance with the Father's will. When Jesus was crucified for the sins of the people of the world and arose from the dead on the third day, victory was won for everyone. More >>

When He returned to heaven following the resurrection, Jesus left the Holy Spirit to serve as our Comforter and Counselor. He promised to return to earth a second time to complete His plan of salvation and take His people to heaven. Adventists are among the believers who look forward to that day.

Adventists believe that God is concerned with the quality of human life, and that everything—the way we live, eat, speak, think, treat each other, and care for the world around us—is part of His plan. Our families, our children, our jobs, our talents, our money, and our time are all important to Him.

Our Core Values:

Evangelism
Sharing the good news of Christ’s love and his soon return is why we exist. We strive to live like Jesus by His Grace, daily extending our hands and hearts in friendship and love, sharing the gospel of Jesus through prayer and study of scripture, being sure that all forms of outreach are in Biblical harmony.
"But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Mein Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” – Acts 1:8, NKJV

Humility
Christ came to Earth to serve humanity, in seeking to be like Him we humble ourselves under the mighty hand of God, uplifting one another, being servants to our community with compassion and meekness, striving to place the needs of others before our own.
“Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering.” – Colossians 3:12, NKJV

Honesty
We believe in an unwavering commitment to the truth, putting scriptural honesty first and being whole and accountable to the Lord Jesus Christ and one another in our actions, beliefs, and words at all times.
“Thus says the LORD: Keep justice, and do righteousness, For My salvation is about to come, And My righteousness to be revealed.’" – Isaiah 56:1, NKJV

Teamwork
Being members of the body of Christ, we all have a responsibility to use our God-given talents to spread the good news of the gospel. As vested members of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, we seek to work in harmony with God, our church, and our community, knowing that every person has an integral role to play in our mission. We aspire to encourage and build each other up through prayer and personal ministry.
“For in fact the body is not one member but many....   And if one member suffers, all the members suffer with [it]; or if one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it. Now you are the body of
Christ, and members individually.” – I Corinthians 12:14-27, NKJV

Open Arms
All people matter to God. Therefore, all people matter to us. We receive any and all who are seeking Christ and embrace and welcome them with compassion and acceptance.
“But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection.” – Colossians  3:14, NKJV

Discipleship
We are all called to be disciples of Jesus. We endeavor to be deliberate and intentional in training, mentoring, and sharing experiences with our community. Our primary purpose is to have others grow in Christ and accept His call of discipleship.
“And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.” – II Timothy 2:2, NKJV

Commitment
Each of us pledge to put forth our best effort in preparation, worship, and all duties regarding the kingdom of God. We are committed to bringing glory to God in our actions and wholehearted dedication to our mission and values.
“Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment.” – Matthew 22:37-38, NKJV
